You wont be able since candidates above 21 years of age can apply for the TNPSC Exam.Candidate should possess a Degree of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or any other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament.but after 2 yrs u ll be able. till then prepare hard. |
