Re: Tips on how to improve soft skills? hi you can improve your soft skill by the following ways 1. Active Listening: you should listen the people very carefully that what they are saying . you can see the english movies and try to improve your listening skill. 2.Understanding: the things which you are listening you should be understand them. 3.Practicing: try to understand the words which are very difficult in listening as well as in speaking . this all is based on practice. 4.Active speaking: try to speak the english in front of your friends or in your family . try to speak the words many times which is creating the difficulty. if you will speak in front of the people this will help you in improving your skill and your confidence thank you all the best |

Re: Tips on how to improve soft skills? soft skills can be improved by communicating with a no. of people in English... you can also join a English learning institute, they help a lot. also you should strengthen your grammar because grammatical mistakes while speaking English leaves a bad impression.... so its better to join a institute because they emphasize on each fault of yours which you or other persons may not find out.... thanks....... |

There are many ways to improve your soft skills: 1>Try to speak in english fluently... 2>Try to catch the right and positive attitude... 3>Try to mingle with people as much as possible so that you will gain more confidence to share and put your views in position.... 4>Try to participate on GDs and other activities like stage performance and be in group like that.... best of luck... |

Re: Tips on how to improve soft skills? My dear friend, Soft skills are basically your english speaking power. These are very much reguired during group discussion & personal interviews. In order to improve your group discussion capacity what u can do is speak aloud in front of a mirror on any topic of your choose for 10-15 minutes daily. This process really helps in improving your communicating skills. In order to succeed in personal interviews i am attaching a superb e-book named "Interview Skills That Win The Job - Michael Spiropoulos.pdf". I hope this will help. GOOD LUCK. |

Re: Tips on how to improve soft skills? For improving soft skills you must practice. Programming is entirely depand on logics, if your logics are clear then there is no problem at all. Practice objective questions that will help you a lot. Discuss topics with other that will give you more directions for thinking logic. |

You can begin with collecting information about various areas. Make presentations in front of family members and friends. Try to make changes where ever required.
