Dear friend,
You have good marks in 10th standard and in B.Tech.
But your marks in 12th standard examination is not good enough for TCS.
As you do not have above 60% marks in 12th standard examination.
So you are not eligible for TCS

Here are the details criteria for TCS
Please go through these criteria below :

1.ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION :
The candidate must score minimum 60% marks throughout academic career.

2.STUDY GAP :
Maximum 2 years of study gap is allowed here.

3.BACKLOG CRITERIA :
No pending backlogs are allowed here.

So you can easily understand that you re not eligible for TCS

All the best...................

Criteria is ever changing to get into yourself in recruitment process. Sometimes they want 60% throughout your education, and sometimes they are happy with 50%, However you always need to ask you TPO regarding this. As it may create some problem in placement processes if you sit in the placement without having communication about your marks with TPO.
Rest of things also vary with college to college. You should consult your seniors that in what way these marks would affect you in recruitment process. However one may hide these marks in later process of appointments this would affect your position (during training time) and your college's reputation. So dont go for fake things.
