Foundation Executive Professional ICSI conducts Executive Examinations twice a year that is in June and December. Eligibilty to give the Executive level Exams of ICSI is Graduation Pass or Foundation course pass of the ICSI There are 7 papers that you have to give in the ICSI Executive level Module 1 >> Economic and Commercial Laws >> Cost and Management accounting >> Tax Laws and Practice >> Company Laws Module 2 >> Company Accounts and Auditing Practices >> Industrial, General and Labour Laws >> Capital Markets and Securities Law Cut Off Dates for Admission to Executive Course 28th February for December Exams in the same year 31st August for June Exam next year |

CS - COMPANY SECRETARY course is managed and conducted by ICSI(Institute of Company Secretary of India) is a correspondence course and can be taken in time of a year. The CS course is divided in to three parts:- FOUNDATION PROGRAM-The candidate having completed 12th in any stream from a recognised Board is eligible for this Program. Course Fee Rs.3600.00, exam fee Rs.875.00. EXECUTIVE PROGRAM-The candidate having either completed Foundation Program or having completed Graduation in any stream is directly be eligible for this course. Course Fee Rs.6500.00 for those completed Foundation Program, Rs.7000.00 for Commerce Graduate and Rs.7500.00 for other Graduates, Exam Fee Rs.900.00. PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM- The candidate having completed Executive Program is eligible for this program. Course Fee Rs.7500.00 with Exam Fee Rs.750.00. Apart from this the candidate has to under go a 15 months practical training before certified as Company Secretary by ICSI. For more information you may log on to http://www.icsi.edu |

Graduates in any discipline, are eligible to register directly for the Executive Program.
