JNTU B.Tech 1st Year Supplementary Exam-Engineering Physics Exam – Download Previous Year’s Question Papers

Physics is kept at elementary level of engineering which compulsory for students of all the branches. Students who fail to pass in their semester exams have to appear for supplementary exam which is conducted the every next year for the failed students. The basic intermediate level topics are discussed here but in details and with the engineering aspects to it. The topics included in the subject are interference – coherent and incoherent sources of light and sound, diffraction, difference between interference and diffraction, polarization, LASER, optics, propagation of light in optical fibers, numerical aperture, dispersion and applications, dielectrics, polarization, energy stored in uniform electric field, concepts of focal molecular fields and claussius mosotti reaction, special theory of relativity, superconductivity, elements of BCS theory, concept of local molecular fields and many more. The subject is very basic for any engineering branch. If you are well aware of the basic concepts of physics taught in 11th and 12th standard and regular in class, then the subject is very easy to score well. Below are attached some of the previous year’s question papers.
