NDA - NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY exam conducted by UPSC twice every year for entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA. The eligible candidate must be an Indian unmarried male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good physical fitness. There is certain physical standard prescribed for NDA to be maintained by the aspiring candidate which should be proportionate to one's height and weight according to the age. Dear friend, I'm so happy to inform you that you are eligible for NDA examination As your height and weight is not a problem As per your height your weight is OK with NDA examination So you are eligible for NDA examination. Here are the details about NDA Please follow these criteria details for NDA NDA ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA : 1.Academic qualification : The candidate should complete 12th standard examination 2.Age limitation : The age of the candidate must be within 16.5 to 19 years. 3.Nationality : The candidate must be an Indian 4.Eyesight criteria : Eyesight of the candidate must be 6/6. 5.Height criteria : The height of the candidate should be minimum 165 cm. The candidate must have a complete the 12th from a recognized university Or equivalent qualification are applicable for NDA exam.Science student are applicable for NDA all branch but Commerce and arts department are applicable for only Indian Army post. Candidates who are appearing in the 12th examination can also apply for the examination. The candidate age should between 16.5 years to 19 years.There is no age relaxation for Sc/ST candidate . Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply. You must have Citizenship of India. I have listed here the Physical fitness criteria .Please check out the below chart. You height is 165 cm and weight is 66 kg so you can check your eligibility through below given figure, if you have matched the below criteria then you are applicable for NDA exam. These requirements may differ with the age group of the applicants. If you are in the age group of 16-17 years, your weight must be 50kg. If you are in the age group of 17-18 years, you must have 52kg weight. Those who fall in the age group of 18-19 years must possess 53 kg weight. |
