Hello, The question is not complete..as you doesn't specify in which stream you are,and in which profession you need the college. -Although i'll discussing about the top colleges: *(For Engineering)- IITs are the top engineering colleges in india,in which you can get admission after qualifying the entrance exam as IIT-JEE *In medical stream top government colleges can be get through qualifying the entrance exam as AIPMT.NEET is the combined Entrance Exam for all Medical colleges,will be held on 24 May,2012. *If you want to be selected for top Business-schools those are IIM,for which you can get admission through CAT(Common Aptitude Test) *For Top Agriculture colleges you should face PAT(Pre Agriculture Test). *For Top architecture colleges you have to qualify, NATA(National Aptitude Test of Architecture). You can get in the top colleges for above specified streams,via only entrance exams(For Bachelor Degree) conducted by the institutes. Ok,Best of luck. |

Admission Procedure to Top 10 Colleges in India There are various colleges for various streams like B.Tech,M.Tech,MBA,etc..so unless you tell exactly that which stream are you from..its a bit difficult to suggest any college.. Still i have mentioned a few exams for various streams :- For MBBS :- AIPMT or All India Pre Medical Test takes place every year for admissions into India's best medical colleges for MBBS degree.. It consists of 2 parts..firstly you need to clear the prelims and then the mains.. This exam covers various top level colleges of India for MBBS.. The other exams for which you can appear for MBBS are AIIMS,AFMC,IP University exam.. For Engineering :- In order to gain access to the best B.Tech colleges in India..you need to appear for IIT JEE and AIEEE.. These are the two most prominent exams which account for admissions to 90% of the top level engineering colleges in India.. Other exams for which you can appear are BITSAT,KIITEE,VITEE,etc.. For MBA : For Masters in Business Administration..you need to appear for CAT (Common Admission Test) for admissions to the top most MBA colleges of India which are the IIMs (Indian Institute of Management)..
