Age limit: yours age limit should be between 21 to 30 years. There is no age relaxation for any other categories. Gender:both male and female candidates are eligible for the civil service examination. preliminary exam Paper I General Studies 150 marks Paper II any one optional subject 300marks Main Exam Paper I one of the Indian Language 300 marks Paper II English 300 marks Paper II Essay 200 marks Paper IV&V General Studies 300marks |

IAS stands for INDIAN ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE, to become an IAS officer you should appear and crack Civil Service exam conducted by UPSC every year. The eligible candidate must be an Indian Citizen having either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years. Re: How much is the fee for a General candidate to apply for IAS Exam? Hai, IAS(Indian Administrative Service) exam is conducted by the UPSC once in a year. Eligibility criteria: Candidate should be complete graduation from any recognised university. Percentage is not required for this exam. Finak year graduation students can also eligible for this exam. Age limits is 21 years to 30 years for general. 21 years to 33 years for OBC candidates. 21 years to 35 years for SC/ST candidates. Selection procedure: Preliminary exam, Main exam, Interview. Fee for applying the exam: Rs.50 per preliminary exam, Rs.200 per mains exam. This fee is for all students there is no other fee details for any reservation candidates.
