Re: What to do after completion of B.Tech other than M.Tech? After B.Tech if you get good job in a company join that and later on experience you can promote to higher level and earn more . Otherwise if you want to study other than M.Tech then , MBA is the best choice . And also B.tech + MBA combination will be very good and many companies prefer those students . All the best . |

Re: What to do after completion of B.Tech other than M.Tech? You have chances in govt and private sector also. M-TECH :- You must be cleared the GATE exam some institute provide M-TECH without gate score.MBA:- You must be cleared the CAT or MAT exam.Some institute conduct their ownentrance exam. There are many entrance exams by clearing which you can gain access to some of the top MBA colleges of India.. You can appear for the following entrance exams like :- CAT MAT XAT SNAP JIPMER,etc good luck |

Re: What to do after completion of B.Tech other than M.Tech? There are many other options FOR HIGHER STUDY other than m.tech 1. you can write GRE and go for MS programs abroad. 2. WRITE GMAT and go for management study abroad. 3. write CAT and can join any b-school within india like IIM for an mba course. All the 3 options mentioned above have huge scope to grow as well as to prosper. |

What To Do After B.Tech In case you don't want to go for M.Tech then also you can sit for the GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) because through your GATE scre you can get direct admission into the PSU (Public Sector Unit) companies like :- BHEL NTPC BSNL and many more public sector companies of India.. You can go for MBA (Master Of Business Administration).. There are many entrance exams by clearing which you can gain access to some of the top MBA colleges of India.. You can appear for the following entrance exams like :- CAT MAT XAT SNAP JIPMER,etc You also do have the option of getting into the top level government jobs by appearing for the UPSC IES (Indian Engineering Service) exam.. In order to appear for the IES exam you need to fulfill the following criterion :- 1) You should be a B.Tech degree holder from an AICTE or UGC recognized University and only in the following streams :- Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering 2) You should be within the age limit of 21-30 years for general category,21-33 years for OBC and 21-35 years for SC/ST You get a maximum of 4 attempts for general,7 for OBC and no limit for SC/ST Finally,the option of doing a job is always available to you..
