If you are applying for ssc junior engineer post ,you can applying through online or offline.For offline application YOU CAN DOWNLOAD APPLICATION FORM FROM THE SSC website .fill it and sent through post with CRF
(central recruitment fee) which is available at the post office.
For more detail you can go through ssc.nic.in
