You can download UPSC Preliminary exam papers of previous years from UPSC official site...

-> Firstly, Visit http://www.upsc.gov.in

-> Then click on the link Previous Years Question Papers

-> After Clicking on this it will redirect you on new page consists of papers of various exams conducted by UPSC

I have downloaded 2-3 papers from there and attached with this message

I am uploading last year question papers of Preliminary examination and preliminary exam pattern changed . This year prelims question papers was not available but it will be expect in the official website . I am provide the new pattern of Preliminary examination .
