HI, friend you arenot eligible for OTA EXAM, YOU can also appear in final year...

OFFICERS TRAINING ACADEMY.
By applying in C.D.S. exam, you can join in O.T.A.
C.D.S. stands for COMBINED DEFENSE SERVICE EXAM.
This examination is conducted by U.P.S.C.

[SIZE=3]Eligibility for Officers Training Academy(O.T.A.), 2012:-[/SIZE]

- Both male & female candidates can apply for the exam.
- Candidate's age must be 19-25 years.
- Candidate must be a degree holder.
- Candidates must have completed their graduation from recognized university.

You are not eligible to apply for OTA(Officer's Training Academy) of CDS being a student of 2nd year BCA as you have not completed Graduation Degree which is the minimum educational qualification for BCA.

CDS - COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICE exam conducted by UPSC twice every year for entry in to Indian Military Academy, Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Officer's Training Academy of CDS.

The candidate must be an Indian National having either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 19 to 25 years with good Physical Fitness, is eligible to apply for OTA of CDS.

So as you are interested you should apply for OTA in the final Graduation Degree exam of BCA.

Hi,

the 2nd year candidates of BCA exam not eligible for the OTA exam.

To eligible the OTA exam the candidate must complete the bachelor degree. (Or) the final year candidates are eligible for the OTA exam.

OTA stands for the Officer Training Academy. This exam conducted by the union public service commission twice in a year.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

NATIONALITY:

the candidate should be citizen of india.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

the candidate must have completed the graduation from any recognized university.

There is no minimum percentage of marks required to eligible this exam.

The final year appearing candidates are eligible for this exam.

GENDER:

Both married male and female candidates are eligible for this exam.

AGE LIMIT:

the candidate age limit should be between 19 to 25 years.

There is no age relaxation for the other categories to eligible this exam.

PHYSICAL STANDARD:

the candidate physically and medically fit for this exam.

SELECTION PROCESS:

written test

interview

medical test

OTA ie Officer Training Academy is recruited through CDSE ie Common Defense Service exam conducted by UPSC twice every year.

The candidate should have a graduate degree from any recognized university or equivalent qualification.

Being an 2nd year candidate your not eligible for Officer Training Academy , To apply for Officer training academy you should complete Bachelor degree (or) Final year candidate of bachelor degree then your eligible for Officer training academy .
