hiiiiiiiiiiii............. I'm doing my B.E-ECE final year. I'm interested field is HR mgt is that wise to join after my completion of B.E into MBA directly in Australia without work experience........... and wat s the scope for HR mgt in MBA............

Hi, I did B.E CSE and having 2 years experience in software industry after that I did MBA (HR & Marketing )in UK. now am working ass developer in software industry. But i want to move in management side and I dont the way to get the MBA related jobs....

i am doing engineering (EC-3rd yr) and i am confused about doing MBA...my average percentage in BE is not up to the mark, please make it very clear to me that is doing MBA after BE worth it.???? I mean can i get better jobs after doing MBA or it won't matter alot difference.????

Thank u .....I did BE(ECE)....I asked the above question because I came to know that recruiting the HR management trainee is very low....unfortunately I did't know it when I selected the specialisation..

You have made a good decision to do MBA HR after B.Tech. You have not mentioned the stream in which you completed your B.Tech. You can look for jobs in HR relating to your core subject. This will give you more career prospects and growth in concerned firm. You can also look for job in any other sector. You can apply in these firms when you see the notification of vacancy or you can upload your resume in company’s website.

Is MBA after BE worth? I m going to finish MBA(HR) in 2012 and done BE in 2006-2010.I don't know how to apply to jobs ? Whr to apply? HR is in tough competition. How to enter as a trainee initially ?pls help me
