There is no entrance examination for Chartered Accountancy.You need to clear the subjects papers in Chartered Accountancy. ANY STREAM (ARTS,COMMERCE OR SCIENCE)STUDENT CAN JOIN CHARTED ACCOUNTANCY you can enrol yourself for IPCC. As Graduates/ Post Graduates are eligible to directly join IPCC and Articleship. provided Non-commerce graduates with 55% marks (without maths) Non-commerce graduates with Maths with 60%. There are three stages in CA Common Proficiency Test(CPT) IPCC Final examination CA it takes around 4.5 years on whole. After clearing both IPCC (group I & II ) You can appear for final examination CA FEE C A TOTAL fee is around 40000/- to 45000/-. Chartered accountancy is the course cover various topics on finance. |

All those who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from some recognized university can register for Chartered Accountancy Course. The CA course comprises of Common Proficiency Test (CPT) Integrated Proficiency Competence Course (IPCC) and Final Course One can register for CA course after 10+2. At first you are supposed to appear CPT and when you qualify CPT then you can apply for IPCC. Those, who have completed graduation can get exemption from CPT if they have done Graduation in Commerce with 50% or more marks |

At first you are supposed to appear CPT and when you qualify CPT then you can apply for IPCC. Those, who have completed graduation can get exemption from CPT if they have done Graduation in Commerce with 50% or more marks or Graduation in any other field (without Maths. in Graduation) with 55% or more marks. or Graduation in any other field (with Maths. in Graduation) with 60% or more marks. [*Graduation in fine arts is not considered for exemption from CPT] If you satisfy any of these criterion then you can get exemption from CPT and you can directly apply for IPCC. The IPCC is divided in two groups (Group-I and Group-II) You can either appear both the group exams at a time or you can take them at different times depending upon you only. Once you qualify both the group exams of IPCC then you apply for Final Course. Before appearing Final Course you must qualify IPCC as well as you must complete 3 year articleship training. If you are taking both the group exams at different times then you can join the Articleship Training after qualifying Group-I exam too. In that case you can appear Group-II exams anytime during your Articleship Training. After passing Group-II exam you can appear for Final Course examination before 6 months of completion of Articleship Training. Chartered Accountancy (CA) Every student interested to do the professional accounting course of CA has to qualify in the CPT (Common Profeciency Test). A student is eligible to register forr the CPT after 10th standard, buy can appear in it after appearing in 12th. Students of any group can take up this course. There is no restriction with regard to the age of the candiate or arks secured in Senior Secondary Examination. • Commerce graduates with 50% marks, non-commerce graduates with subjects otherthanMathematics with an aggregate of 55% marks and non-commerce graduates with maths withan aggregate of 60% marks are exempted fpr CPT.
