You will have tow choice in joinig NDA. 1 entry through NDA. 2 10+2 tec entry sceam. Entry Through NDA Eligibility.» 12 pass with physics and maths. Age limit 16 and a half to 19 year. Unmaried. Duration of training. 3 year at NDA 1 year at IMA Training acadmy NDA Khadakwasla, Pune. Likely SSB dates septamber to october janwary to april. 10+2 Tec Entry Sceam Eligibility.» 10+2 with 70% aggrigate. Age between 16.5 to 19.5 year. Unmaried. Traignig period 4 year enggineering 1 year at IMA Traighning institute IMA Dehradun. Likely SSB date Augst to October February to April Good luck |

Re: Any scope to get a job in defence sector after passing 12th? dear friend, Eligibility for NDA exam:- For Army wing:- 1.The candidate must have complete the 12th or its equivalent from a recognized central/state education board.. For Navy/Air force:- 1.The candidate must have complete the 12th in science or its equivalent from a recognized central/state education board with 60% aggregate. Age eligibility:- The age should be in between 16.5-19 years.. So, after completion of 12th you can join in defense through NDA exam.. All the best. |

Re: Any scope to get a job in defence sector after passing 12th? yes, this is depend on the strean which you chose in the 10+2. if you are a science(non-medical) student then you can go for NDA otherwise you will have to wait until the completion of your bechlor degree for a reputed post in indian army. |

If you go for higher study than following option Prepare for AIEEE Engineering BCA BBA Bsc 2. If you go for job than Prepare for NDA Qualification required - Candidate should complete the 12th with science (physics,chemistry,math ) from any recognized board . 2. 6/6 vision is required. 3.Age limit = 16.5 to 19 years. If you can satisfy all of the above you are eligible. NDA-I exam notification for this year: Issue of application form from 31st Dec 2011 to 30th Jan 2012. Exam will held on 15th April 2012. NDA-II exam notification for this year: Issue of application form from 5th May 2012 to 4th June 2012. Exam will held on 19th Aug 2012. You can join NDA for joining ARMED FORCES.. by taking the exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) which is conducted twice a year....
