Re: What kind of exam is held for company secretary course? Hi Guest, The exam conducted for Company secretary depends on the company requirement and it is different for different companies. It would be better if you go through the company profile for which you want to prepare. The exam may be the written exam followed by an interview by most of the companies. Thank you, All the Best. |

Foundation Executive Professional Since you have completed your BBA that is Graduation you can get direct admission in the Executive Level of the CS programme. A graduate can take admission in the Executive Level Fees for this stage is Rs 7750 Exam fees is separate and is Rs 1800 Minimum 12 months is required to complete this stage BELOW 6 papers have to be studied at the executive level of the CS programme >> General and Commercial Laws >> Company Accounts, cost and management accounting >> Tax Laws >> Company Laws >> Economic and Labour Laws >> Securities Laws and Compliances |

Re: What kind of exam is held for company secretary course? The examination you may take depends upon your academic qualification. If you are a graduate, you will get complete exemption from the Foundation Program and will be able to enroll for the Executive Program and to write the examination for the same in the month of December 2012, you will have to register for the course before 28-02-2012. If you do not hold a bachelors degree and have just qualified higher secondary examination, you will have to enroll for the Foundation Program and to appear for the examination in the month of December, you will have to register for the course before 31-03-2012. |

What kind of exam is held for company secretary course? hey.. i want to do company secretary course and i got to know through internet that the examinations are held twice a year, once in june and once in december.. i am willing to go for the december examinations but i want to know what kinda examination is held and when are the forms available? |
