HI so you want to join Indian navy after your b.tech right k then I am very glad for saying about INDIAN NAVY because working for INDIA its awesome ,so go ahead my friend . The Indian Navy ( Bhāratīya Nau Senā) is the naval branch of the armed forces of India. The President of India serves as the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy. The Chief of Naval Staff (CNS), usually a four-star officer in the rank of Admiral, commands the Navy. first you need to search for the notification in the newspaper then apply for it and your body must be fit like you should not smoke or drink ,mentally and physically you need to be fit . qualification : You must be between 19½ and 25 years or be born between July 1980 and January 1986 (both dates are inclusive). You must have secured a first class at the graduation level with Physics and Mathematics as your subjects. You could also hold a Masters of Science degree in Physics or Mathematics, with a minimum of 55 percent marks. You could also have completed a BE or B Tech in any discipline with a first class. You may also apply if you are a Science graduate in Physics and Mathematics, and hold an NCC Naval Wing, Senior Division 'C' certificate. Physical Standards: You must have a minimum height of 157 cm with correlated weight. You must have the minimum acceptable vision standard for distant vision -- 6/12, 12 correctable to 6/6 or 6/6 with glasses. You must not have colour blindness or night blindness. Selection process: If shortlisted, you are likely to be detailed between February and June 2005 for Service Selection Board (SSB) interviews in Bangalore, Bhopal or Coimbatore. The SSB interview will include Pychological Tests, Individual Tasks, Group Tasks, Group Discussions and Interview. Training particulars : If selected, your training is scheduled to commence in July. You will be inducted as an officer in the rank of Sub Lieutenant. You will be inducted through a Naval Orientation Course at the Naval Academy, Goa. You will be professionally trained at various Naval Training Establishments, Units and Ships. You will be eligible for full pay and allowances as an officer in training. You will be on probation for two years. Pay scales As a Sub Lieutenant, you will be paid between Rs 8,250 and Rs 10,050. As a Lieutenant, you will be paid between Rs 10,000 and Rs 11,400. As a Lieutenant Commander, you will be paid between Rs 12,800 and Rs 16,050. Hiiiiiiiiiii you can apply to navy with many ways keep checking fresherworld.com-DefenCe jobs section which publish different requirement..... which just need a degree.even they have entry with sports and NCC so you keep checking the website......ALL THE BEST. |

Technical/Engineering Department UES: university entry scheme,is meant for all male and female candidates those who are in the final year of B.tech/B.E. Notification for it are released In Employment news. It has both Short Service Commission (SSC) and Permanent scheme. Age Limit: 24 years. Age Limit: 25 years. SNAES: Special Naval Architech Entry Scheme, are meant specially for B.Tech/B.E. Naval Architech Engineering. Age Limit: 25 years. Non-Technical/Executive Direct Entry (NAI) : NAI = NAval armament Inspector, meant for B.Tech/B.E. Electronics, electrical and MEchanical or M.sc (Electronics, Physics) holders. Age Limit: 25 years. GSES: Graduate Special Entry Scheme, are meant for B.Tech/B.E. in various branches depending on requirement or B.sc (Mathematics, Physics). Conducted by UPSC. NCC Special Entry: are meant for B.Tech/B.E. in various branches depending on requirement or B.sc (Mathematics, Physics) and candidate must also have NCC "C" certificate of Senior Carde. Logistic Cadre: are meant for B.Tech/B.E. in various branches depending on requirement or B.sc (Mathematics, Physics), MCA, BCA (only for women) etc. Age Limit: 27 years for MAster degree, 25 for bachelor dgree holder.
