The salary offered will be in the range of 3-3.5 L The selection rounds are Written Test Group Discussion Interview Eligibility is given below : -Students should scored 60% in all the studies. -Students should not have pending backlogs. -Students academic gap is not more than 2 years. Check if Syntel will come to college every year. If yes, then prepare for written exam. |

The eligibility criteria required for the Syntel company is given below: The candidate applying for the Syntel company should have at least 55% of marks in 10th, 12th and graduation. The candidate should have not any current backlog and also the maximum break of 1 year is allowed in studies. The online test and interview is conducted for the selection of candidates in the syntel company. Presently the salary offered for the freshers in the Syntel company is 3.25 lakh p.a |

Re: How much package is offered to Syntel Freshers? dear friend,  Log OnTo:-www.syntelinc.com/Careers.aspx Eligibility for Syntel is:- 1.>Candidates should have throughout 50% means 50% in 10th, 50% in 10+2th and 50% in graduation. 2.>Candidates should have a graduation from a recognized university(Must be AICTE approved). 3.> Candidates should not have any backlogs. 4.> Candidates should not have more then 2 year gap in his study career. Then the eligible candidate can take preparation for their next recruitment round.like as:- 1.>Aptitude test. 2.>Technical round. 3.>Group discussion(Optional). 4.>HR round. You can Expect 3-4 Lakh Per year as a freshers,after one year experience it will be increased depending upon your performance. . best of luck. |
