Re: What is the minimum qualification required for Assam civil service study? qualifications:: Lecturer In English For State College Of Music Under Directorate Of Cultural Affairs, Assam (The Post Is Unreserved): 01 Post Scale Of Pay:- Rs.4,300/ to Rs.11,025/ PM plus other allowances as admissible under the Rules. Age:-21 years to 38 years as on 01.01.2009. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 (five) years in case of SC/ST candidates. Educational Qualification:-First Class or Second Class Master Degree in English with atleast 55% marks obtained in Master Degree level from any recognized university with 3 (three) years teaching experience as an additional feature. Assistant Director (Class-I) Of Survey Under The Establishment Of Director Of Land Records And Surveys, Assam Under Revenue And Disaster Management Department. (Re-Advertisement): 02 Posts Scale Of Pay:- Rs.6,600/ to Rs.12,625/ PM plus other allowances as admissible under the Rules. Age:-21 years to 38 years as on 01.01.2009. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 (five) years in case of SC/ST candidates. Research Assistant Under Planning & Development Department: 06 Posts Scale Of Pay:- Rs.3,760/ to Rs.9,400/ PM plus other allowances as admissible under the Rules. Age:-21 years to 38 years as on 01.01.2009. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 (five) years in respect of SC/ST candidates. Further, the upper age limit is relaxable by 2 (two) years in respect of candidates who have been serving in lower posts or cadres for a minimum period of 5 (five) years.
