Candidates belonging to any stream may select any two subjects as their optional papers in the Civil Service Main Exams. Being a graduate in Nursing doesn’t mean that you will have to select only those subjects which you have studied in your Bachelors degree program. Depending upon your knowledge in specific fields, you may select any two optional subjects.
There is no restriction regarding the selection of optional subjects apart from the following combination of subjects which is not allowed:

Political Science & International Relations and Public Administration
Commerce & Accountancy and Management
Anthropology and Sociology
Mathematics and Statistics
Two Engineering Subjects
Agriculture and Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science.
Management and Public Administration
Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science and Medical Science
