Master of Business Administration is an Academic Program and hence, a professional course will complement it better. As you gave done B.Com, you may either go for Chartered Accountancy or Cost and work Accountancy course, provided you are good at accounts. A Chartered Accountant or a Cost & Work Accountant, holding Master of Business Administration is easily absorbed by top companies.
Apart from these courses, courses like Company Secretary course, LLB, Chartered Financial Analyst are some of the courses in trend now and has a great amount of demand in the Market and if such courses are complemented with MBA, any top rated companies will prefer such candidate.

So, basically, the professional course must be considered on the basis of specialization to be done in the MBA program or vice-versa.
