Indian Institute of Planning and Management (IIPM) is totally a separate entity and is not affiliated to any of the Universities in India..not even to Gulbarga University.. They provide their own degrees which are not even totally valid and accepted everywhere.. So,i would strongly recommend you not to take admission in IIPM as it is an institute which enrolls students not on the basis of merit but on the basis of their bank balance.. It is always good to go for a college which provides admissions on merit basis rather than on donation basis.. For admissions into some of the top MBA colleges in India you need to clear the following exams CAT XAT MAT FMS Symbiosis If you manage to clear any of these exams with a good percentile then you can enter into any of the top MBA colleges in India.. all the best.. No it is not affiliated with Golbarga University or any other university not even AICTE or UGC.It has its own importance and value . They provide IIPM certificate which is valuable like MBA ,BBA equally and are acceptable in companies .  This is a Institute which is separate from other B-Schools they don't provide any traditional Post Graduate degree like MBA or BBA they have separate programs which are designed on their own. This institute is not affiliated to any of the Universities of India.including your mentioned gulbarga university also. The courses offered by IIPM are like Full time programme in Planninga and Enterpreneurship. this is a 20 month programme. It is not atleast recognized by AICTE or UGC because they have not seeked those recognizations they are very keen that without these recognizations also their students can be placed nationally and internationally. Even IIPM Doesn't award MBA/BBA degree certificates also. They will issue separate IIPM Certificate which is equally valuable like other provisional certificates at the time of interviews.
