Hii You can pursue Interior Designing course with your 10th qualification, by obtaining a Diploma degree in Interior Design so that you can start your career at an early stage. If you want to go for +2 study and then also you can join in Interior Designing course my best idea is to take Arts as your main stream if you wanted to pursue Interior Designing. The main work that an Interior Designer is to turn the Interior spaces of offices, houses, corporate companies etc into an attractive setting for activities, you have to take various projects during your job role and complete it an effective way so that your work will be recognized. To be a popular interior designer you should be having an idea of planning, effective use of space, functional design and you should be professional in a particular type of interior design subject like - Residential design - Commercial design - Hospitality design - Healthcare design - Exhibition design - Universal design.....................etc There are many colleges in India offering you a variety of courses in Interior Designing based on your qualification like 1. But you can take polscience,Geo,English,Phycology etc. But you can take subject of your interest in 11th class and you can do interior designing. Good Luck |

Re: Which subjects I should take in 11th class to join Interior Designing? The minimum eligibility criteria to study interior designing course is you just have to get 55% at 10+2 level. So it really does not matter. You can choose subjects of your interest. Don't get too worked up with this. |
