If you want to apply for IMA(Indian Military Academy) you should have to first crack the CDS(Combined Defence Service) exam conducted by UPSC twice every year. One is CDS I and other is CDS II Eligibilty Criteria for IMA is given by: 1. The eligible candidate must be an Indian unmarrid male i.e he must be citizen of India 2. Graduation in any stream from recognized University. 3. Age Limit: 19-24 years. 4. One should have possessed good Physical and Mental Health. To apply for IMA one has to appear and crack the CDS entrance exam conducted by UPSC twice every year. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR IMA:- -The eligible candidate must be an Indian unmarried male i.e he must be a citizen of India. -Should have completed Graduation Degree in any stream of education from a recognised University. -Should be within the age of 19 to 24 years of age. -Should have possessed good Physical and Mental health. You have completed Graduation from USA but you have not mentioned your Citizenship which is an important criteria for application to join IMA of CDS. Re: Am I eligible for Indian Military Academy after completing engineering graduation from USA? hi friend, IMA stands for Indian Military Academy you need to write the CDS exam conducted by UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) and this is conducted every year and held twice as CDS I and CDS II The criteria for the CDS exam:- * must be a citizen of India and * must be a unmarried male candidates *The age limit needed is for joining in IMA the candidate need to have 19-24 years. *must have completed a degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a fair percentage. * The candidate need to be physically fit while appearing for the CDS exam if you are eligible to the above criteria,you can appear for the CDS exam ALL THE BEST |
