Books to be referred? if you are having good confidence on the Medical optional subject then you can take the medical related optional or else select anyone of those options in which your interest lies This selection should be of great intellectual thinking contact your mind and heart and then come to a conclusion in selecting optional subjects you have to select two optional subjects so you need to ground work in a good manner. |

first of all I want to clear you one thing that IAS Entrance exam is not at all related to your core subject of Bachelors. All the subjects which you are going to learn for this competitive entrance is far different that other entrances. This exam is conducted to check your knowledge in general affairs more than the technical aspects. As Recruiters need top brains of the country they just need the persons who are intelligent than the mug up candidates who just can vomit what they have learnt in Day and Night at the time of preparation. For this reason only those candidates will go for re appearing for the same exam. I said this example because most of the unsuccessful realizes their mistakes after a unsuccessful attempt at the interview till the interview everyone will think that Syllabus is very important to become IAS officer But the situation in the room of Interview will be completely different it seems They will mostly not ask you about the graduation subjects or anything else from that. They will just check your personality and Assess your attitude and character,For this reason only having them by birth is appreciable If not you have to cultivate Nation Building Inspiring thoughts by different ways like Reading Great personalities life histories. hhmmmm etc.., Coming back to your question if you are having good confidence on the Medical optional subject then you can take the medical related optional or else select anyone of those options in which your interest lies This selection should be of great intellectual thinking contact your mind and heart and then come to a conclusion in selecting optional subjects you have to select two optional subjects so you need to ground work in a good manner.
