GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) is organised every year for M.Tech admissions into the top institutions of India like IITs,NITs,IISc,BITS and many more.. In general..you need to score more than 600 to get selected in any IIT for M.Tech and for getting your desired IIT and branch..you need to score more than 650.. all the best.. |

Re: Cutoff of GATE last year for IITs in various branches? Hi GATE stands for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. It is basically conducted by the IIT's to select candidates for the Master's in Technology courses and also the various PSU's recruit through the GATE score, percentile and rank obtained by any particular candidate. I am uploading a file which contains the GATE Cut off scores of the years 2010 and 2011. Please download it and refer. Hope it helps Regards #RJ#
