Tech but I have below 60 in my 10th and uploaded all my original CERTIFICATES.I have received eoi letter from ibm.. But waiting for offer letter. Will I face any problem? |

Even though you have scored 59.8% of marks in your 10th class, it will not be considered as 60% by the companies which are going to offer job opportunities for the candidates. To apply for various companies through campus placements or any other mode, it is must that the candidate should be a candidate of career 60. Career 60 in the sense the candidate should have scored a minimum of 60% of marks in all the academic levels right from SSC to highest academic level. Failing which the candidate is not eligible to apply for the selection procedure. I am sorry to say that you are not eligible to apply for any jobs in MNCs at fresher level. In that case you have to compromise on your desired job and you have to adjust with the job whatever you are going to get. Better to opt for the job opportunities in the companies where there is no criteria of career 60. Try to gain good work knowledge for couple of years. After attaining hands on work experience, you can apply for the job opportunities in MNCs. Then you will be considered to offer jobs by MNCs as they consider only the percentage of marks in highest academic level and your work experience. So, try to upload your resume in various job portals and get the information regarding job openings in various companies. Apply for the positions which you are interested and for which your profile best suits. Crack the selection procedure and get job opportunity. Wish you all the best. |

B.tech with 60% with one year gap So if your 12th and graduation marks are good you will get the job. However, be ready for a good answer in case they ask for any reason for low marks in 10th. MCA will get you good jobs provided you do well. all the best |

Due to medical reasons i coudn't appear for 12th.There is a gap of two years between 10th & 12th.I finished with 89% in 12th from NIOS board.Will that gap be a problem in placement ? |

Hi sir my brother has scored 45% in 10 th icse and 47% in 12 th but 70 % in B.E (ece) but coz of his low % he is not getting any job . And now he has planned to do a further M.E in U.S.A hoping to have a better future but I am very worried will he have a good future ,will an M.E in U.S change his career or will his 10 th and 12 th % marks affect his life throughout ,will a good % in M.E give him good software job plz help sir . |

Your career graph is very good. You might not be eligible in some companies but you can't alter your marks even. So, just apply where you are eligible and take up a job wherever you get. It might not fit your desire but after 2-3 years experience you can switch to any good company. Also, those companies which put boundaries for freshers, welcome the experienced ones without any boundaries. So, no need to think that you are never gonna make it in an MNC. You just take up job where you get now and then use your credentials for a better one. Thank you |

So these are the top companies which recruit the best professionals from our country. Now the Basic Requirement which the MNC's ask for is : You should be a minimum graduate from a recognized university with a minimum 60% aggregate if you are from any technical line like Medical or Engineering. Otherwise 50% is the requirement. If you have even lower percentage, I am really sorry to say that you will have to face tough times ahead. You can try for the IAS, IPS, Civil Service exams. There is you do well in the entrance exams, then you might get a good job. Or try doing MBA from a reputated college. It would definitely help you get a job in MNC's. All the best |

So don't worry about marks, apply to some good company you may get in. If you are extraordinary in front of them, they may overlook the low marks. While some recruiters may filter you on first report basis, without even entertaining audience. So, just remember to do your best in front of them. |

Already you have scored high marks in Engineering. MNC always does not see the marks but also your personal talent and abilities. Hai iam sathish iam currently doing MCA degree actually next year ther is campus recuirement in our college, currently in MCA iam having 75% in SSLC i scored 74% in Plus two i scored only 57% and in my under graduate BSC degree i scored only 59% i was very scared about my placement and career because of no consistency marks. . did hav a chance to get a job in MNC's. . can i able to make my career good pls give me some suggestions:):) |

May be you have scored less in X or may be even in many other examinations . You should know.... good records are just going to help you in just entering into the field , if your not performing well you will be forced to move out . But in case where you enter , as a unrecongnised person or for a low post in a small company , if you have something within you , within years you are going to create a identity of your own . Its true that " Rather than being a small fish in a big pond , be a big fish in a small pond " Now in your case , don't get feared of campus placements . Understand the fact that you can't change the situations . You just concentrate on your academics for the time being , in the time being placements will come and you choose the best among them . Now we cannot specifically tell what score each company demand . It really depends on the present status and company requirement . There may be big companies which demand for people with high percentage & even low percentage . The difference lies in the level of posting . But don't get upset thinking about that . If you aim for good companies , initially be a employee there in low post , staying there in the limited situations , be the BEST . They will be forced to promote you OR even you can demand for more wages . As you know by that time you will be experienced and that experience can erase out the discriminations due to your poor score . Surely , with your hardwork and determination GOD will help you succed in life.... In case of campus placements , your not safe any where , even if you have good records , you should develop a mentality to take risks , you should be prepared to move out at anytime !!!! Choose the right company of your taste , see into their eligibility criterias which may vary for different posts for the same company . Afterall , you are going to face problems only as a fresher . Later , all these never matters . Always remember , GOD keeps your chance reserved for you alone.... ALL THE BEST . V M M M V |
