Re: Will there be any negative marking in ICICI PO Exam? Dear Friend, Nice to hear that you want to become a bank PO and have interest in ICICI Bank. ICICI Bank is the top most private bank in India. As per my knowledge , there is negative marking in any bank PO Exam as if you answer one wrong question then 1/4 marks will be deducted from your total marks . So you need to be selective and confident regarding answering the questions. In Bank PO Exams , you have to answer 250 objective questions (IBPS) and 200 (SBI) which are from five different subjects namely : * General Awareness * Quantitative Aptitude * English * Reasoning * Computer/Marketing So , prepare well and hope you qualify in the PO exams. This is the information i have to the best of my knowledge regarding your query. Hope the information will help you to the extent you want. |

For each correct answer you will get the marks.For every wrong answer 0.25 marks will be deducted.So answer only those questions for which you are sure and confident. Minimum eligibility to appear in this exam is you should be a graduate. Age criteria is you should be between 20 to 30 years. The written exam is divided into two parts: objective and descriptive.  Those candidate have scored 55% marks in graduation degree from recognized university then you are applicable for ICICI PO exam. But your age should be in below 25 years old .Age relaxation is provide only for SC/ST/OBC candidate .For Sc/ST candidate have age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC candidate it is 3 years. Selection process for ICICI Po exam:-
There is 3 sections in Aptitude test. These are - Verbal Comprehension – You should attempt 30 questions in 10 mins. There will be an English passage & questions like fill in the blanks, synonyms, antonyms, conjunctions etc are asked. Numerical Ability – There are 20 questions in 30 mins. In this, numerical based questions are asked like ratio, time, distance, profit, loss etc. Logical Reasoning – There are 25 questions to be solved in 20 mins. This section will have questions related to diagram,symbols & their relation to given passage,data interpretation etc. Note:- Yes , There is negative marking if you have answered wrong one answer then you will be penalized .25 .
