Entrance exams which are held? please mention in which subject you want do phd in. you can check out university of every state . most of them offers phd. like : mumbai university , gujrat university, bangalore university. if you interest in social science subjects than you can try at tata institute of social science.(TISS ) TISS offers some excellent courses based on social science. it also offers phd . i hope this might help. mention the subject . we can help you more. LLB course are two types one is three years duration another is five year duration. only BA,B.SC and B.COM student are eligible but you have must 40% in graduation.for Sc/ST candidate this marks is 35%. You are graduate person so you are eligible 3 years degree courses.
