Re: Which type of questions will be asked in IBPS clerk written exam?

Dear Friend,

* IBPS stands for "Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection".

* IBPS conducts a common written examination for clerical and PO posts for 19 public sector banks.

* The questions asked in IBPS examinations are from the different subjects :

1) Quantitative Aptitude

2) General Awareness

3) English

4) Reasoning

5) Computer

All the questions are of objective type and you will get 1 mark for each correct answer and 1/4 of your marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

This is the information i have to the best of my knowledge regarding your query. Hope the information will help you to the extent you want.

Re: Which type of questions will be asked in IBPS clerk written exam?

IBPS stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. IBPS is conducting Common Written Exams separately for the recruitment of Clerical positions, POs and Specialist Officers to 19 pubic sector banks.

So far, only one common written exam was conducted by IBPS for the recruitment of Clerical positions.

This exam was conducted on 3 different dates of
27-11-2011
04-12-2011
11-12-2011

The result of this Exam has already been announced and being available in the official website of IBPS.

The written exam consists of questions from the following categories
-Reasoning
-Quantitative Aptitude
-General Awareness
-General English
-Computer knowledge

There will be 50 questions from each of the category so totally 250 questions will be asked in the written exam.

The duration for this exam is 150 minutes so you need to answer all these questions in 2 and 1/2 hours.

All the questions are of objective type.

High level of competition is there for this Exam. So, one need to score high marks to be qualified in the written exam and to get a call for the Interview.

Have good preparation for this Exam and crack it.
