Good evening dear, as you have mentioned that you are an M.B.A student and you are doing the project now but you didn't mentioned about your year which you are studying. In doing the swot analysis at first you have to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company abnd later you need to put in the project. The swot analysis is done based up on the internal and the external factors that company is facing in the market with the different strategies. Later you need to find the areas where the company is providing the opportunities to the people and getting the opportunities from the market. |
