Re: Which type of questions are asked in Bank Interview to a B.E student hi...!!! -->you can expect both general as well as technical oriented questions. -->In general they can ask you like introduce yourself,why you have chosen this job,what is your aim,what is your salary demand etc. -->In technical they can ask you about your area of specialization. -->also,they can ask how you will help to upgrade the status of company and which books you have refered to prepare for this exam etc etc. -->so,prepare yourself well and give the answers with surity and with full confidence. all the best...

Know about their history, services, products, achievement, management, as well as their values. Interviewers might ask the candidates questions related to their personal life or work history when they had to face issues or conflicts with a tough boss, a stubborn customer or an arrogant co-worker or pleasant experiences when an employer or customer was pleased with your work. The motive is to judge the candidate as a team player, his/her efficiency in handling a specific situation, honesty etc. The candidate should ensure to answer these situational questions with a real-life example. Practice questions Besides preparing for the interview, it is important that the candidate is perfectly groomed and has a professional interview outfit. In the general area questions like talk about yourself, why you choose to work in banking field, why you want to work with this bank. In the technical side questions related to your area of specialisation can be asked. Also a common question asked is how your qualification will help the bank. You can refer to books to prepare for this round. |
