Re: Can TYB.Com student join IPCC without CPT? I have cleared cpt in june 2012 and am currently in tybcom and have alredy registered for ipcc but now can i change to provisional registration(registration for final year student) or have to continue with the old rule |

Re: Can TYB.Com student join IPCC without CPT? Definitely, you can register for the course (IPCC) when studying in third year of B.Com. You can appear the exam but the IPCC qualification remains valid only if you successfully complete the B.Com. with an aggregate of 55% or more marks. Even if you qualify IPCC exams but don't score the indicated percentage of marks in B.Com., then you IPCC qualification will be invalid. For now you can register for the course. Go to http://www.icai.org/ Click on the "Course Registration Form" link in the "Students" dropdown box. Download the Registration Form, take a print out and send your filled in application form as instructed in the form. |

Re: Can TYB.Com student join IPCC without CPT? No it is not possible for a TYBcom candidate to join for the IPCC level directly. You will be eligible only after completing graduation. So you can probably enroll after completing graduation if you want to skip the CPT level. Since you are a commerce student you should be able to clear the CPT level as the level of difficulty is similar to the graduation course. If you wish to appear for this exam this December you should enroll at least 90 days before the scheduled exam. |
