Don't worry.There is no problem at all.only you have to dedicate to your studies then you will get a valuable result surely.
For maths yoou have to according to R.S. Aggrawal aptitude book.This is the best book for you.
As we talk about english then you should prepare you word meaning strength by study with a dictionary.That is more helpful for you.
For Grammar you should read 10 or 11th standard english book.

In IBPS Clerical Cadre Exam English language has 50 questions and Numerical Ability has 50 questions. For mathematics that is numerical ability section,You have to start your preparation for Numerical Ability Section with preparation of learning with tables and Speed Calculations Speed Calculations are very essential for to solve numerical ability questions.

After that, you have to learn the basics of Arithmetic. This section, You have to do more practice and take more mock tests can minimize your time for solving any question
