So first you should know in which PG course you will take admission. Based on that you have to find out what are the ways to take admission in PG courses related to your graduation study.Like if you completed your B.Tech course and after that you want to take admission in M.Tech then you should appear in GATE examination. If you can clear the GATE examination with good score then you will be able to get chance to take admission in M.Tech in a good institution. After publication of GATE result you have to collect from for PG admission from different institution and after filling the form you have to submit them. Based on your GATE score them will select you for M.Tech courses. Beside GATE there are some universities which conduct their own entrance examination to take admission in PG courses. There are some institution those take direct admission in Post graduation courses.You have to collect the application form when they will publish notification for form fill up. Like these for other branch of study also there are so many options to take admission. Based on your interest of study you may have to appear in entrance examination or direct admission. You have to find out what are the options you have and you should be prepared for that. If you have to appear in entrance examination then you should know the syllabus for the examination and you must take preparation before appearing in the entrance examination. Some institution offers direct admission based on your graduation marks. To take admission in these type of institution you have to regularly follow when they publish notification for admission in PG course. |

Like if you want to take admission in M.Tech PG course then you will get application for that in the month of April of every year depending on the university. If you want to take admission in general M.Sc or M.A or M.Com courses then generally applications are available after publication of the Graduation result in that university.
