Re: How is Information Technology field these days? I am M.SC IT student. can you tell me in IT particularly in which field we have better career? like DBA or Networking or Programming and in programming which language should we prefer? |

Re: How is Information Technology field these days? sir i completed my 12th in 2002 i have four years break between 12th and bsc degree and also i did my undergraduate through correspondance but i have good knowledge in java language and i got 80% in msc(IT) can i enter into software field |

Sorry, you are not eligible for TCS cause you have to have 60% in 10th,12th and in B.Tech... but you dont have to worry cause many small companies wont see the marks but your performance so just try to get in to some small company and gain some experience then jump into big companies like TCS wherein they wont see the marks by that time but only your experience...  ..All the best...

Many company recruited fresher student from the information technology. So don't worry if you do the engineering from IT then you will get a good job. all the best. |

Re: How is Information Technology field these days? Hello, The IT industry has really been on the receiving end during the recession period but this year things are looking positive. Lots of opportunities are coming with Top Mnc conducting lots of recruitments. There are lots of projects in the line for top MNCs like TCS,Infosys etc. Placements are back again in the colleges after the recession.I have heard lots of students getting placed in IT companies this year with some of them through college placements and some through off campus. So,the IT field will have good market for atleast the coming few years. |

Re: How is Information Technology field these days? hey hi there was a slight dip in IT field in d previous few years but happy part is that it is bouncing back in fact at a good rate.From the start of this year,there has been immense improvement in this area and the job opportunities are increasing and i am sure that there wont be any more dip in this field for another couple of years,by then you can set your position in this field.. all the best |

Re: How is Information Technology field these days? yes .. now a deys there are some up & downs in IT field due to the economical statues of country..but the some opportunities are in the same state always only the salary may change.. may in the upcominig year so many company recruited fresher IT student in IT industry. in the news paper i read that " to overcome the last year problm that the IT field overcome almost all the damages. in few years it will at that position as earlier. the job opportunity will become increase. but now IT student decreases. as a result when the situation will be good enough then there will be crisis of IT student .. |
