EXAM DETAILS ABOUT CIVIL SERVICE EXAM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR CIVIL SERVICE EXAM:- EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Candidate should have minimum graduation degree with any discipline from a recognized university. AGE CRITERIA: For General category candidate,age should be between 21 to 30 years For OBC category candidates age should be between 21 to 33 years For SC/ST category candidates age should be between 21 to 35 years NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS: 4 attempts for General category candidates 7 attempts for OBC category candidates Unlimited attempts for sc/st category candidates For more details & updated information visit www.upsc.gov.in |

Hello, UPSC conducts the highly reputated exam in the country for top class officers as IAS,IPS,IFS and other alloyed services. You should complete your final year for CA and can apply for the UPSC exam.. The candidates appearing in the exam should have following qualifications- *Candidate should be Graduate from Affiliated University in any stream. *Final year candidates are also eligible to appear in the exam. *Age limit for general category is-21-30 yr. as on 1st july of exam year. There is age relaxation for reserved category candidates. ~Prelims are commenced in the month of May and Mains in the month of October. you may fill up the application forms online at the official site of UPSC or may purchase the forms from specific branches of State bank or canara bank. ~Being selected in UPSC you will be posted on the basis of your performance in the exam..Although if you are not selected for higher ranks then you will be posted according to the qualifications, such as you are from Accounting background so you may have chance to be posted as Registrar or Assistant Registrar,or Accountant for the various schemes conducted by the Government. What should I do to join Civil Services being a candidate of pursuing CA Final and having completed B.Com? Jobs available under Civil Services? Sir/Mam I am persuing CA Final, now i want to go for Civil Services but I dont know anything about this but initially i want to complete my CA. After that what should i have to do for going in this field and what are the most suitable subjects for me. I have alreay complete by B.Com. Plz also tell me about the types of jobs available under this and what are the chances for a General category student ot get this job. I am a average scoring student. You are requested to reply me the complete detail as earlier as possible. I will be highly thankful to you for this. |
