Re: Do Indian Institute of Aeronautics, Delhi a good college or not? dear friend, any aviation college which are offering Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course though good but there is no surity of job in this field and fees of these course is also very high as compared to simple graduation. simple graduation is much better than this course. If you feel to do any engineering course then its much much much better to do BE or BTech from any approved university than to do AME course. |

Indian Institute of Aeronautics (IIA) is one of the oldest Aircraft Maintenance Training Institute in India , which was established in 1982 at Patna and got the approval in 1983. IIA was transferred to Delhi in 2001. IIA has completed 29 years of service to the nation in the field of Aircraft Maintenance Training through generation of quality trained technical manpower for the Airlines / Aviation Industry. Today IIA has become a high quality based training organization in India duly approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Govt. of India. |

Dear friend, Indian institute of aeronautical college of delhi establish in the year of 2003 and these college give their full effort to produce good techanical manpower.About campus details it's too large campus with fully registered components and all eguipments are available in their lab/practical lab too. Faculy of these institute are also too good with minimum 5years of experience and the institute is always trying to maintain a techanical environment in the campus. About course :the course is of 3 years in which 2.5years for theory and practical aspects whereas 6 months training for job training aspects.
