Re: How to get into Aeronautics course? My dear friend, To get an admission in Aeronautics course,you have to complete your 12th class with non-medical stream. As there are five subjects in Non-Medical stream and those subjects are as follows: 1.Physics 2.Chemistry 3.Mathematics 4.English 5.Physical education or language subject.  And aeronautics is all about the physics and you have to be good in physical to get an admission in Aeronautics.You can do Aeronautical engineering in your future. If you want to do Aeronautics then you have to get an admission in engineering field through AIEEE entrance exam.Now the AIEEE entrance exam comes in the form of JEE entrance exam.  JEE entrance exam has two papers and the name of those papers are as follows: 1.JEE-MAIN 2.JEE-Advance If you want to take an admission in some type of colleges or universities then you have to give the JEE-Main entrance exam and if your JEE-Main entrance exams cleared and then you want to take an admission in NIT or IIT then you have to give the JEE-Advance entrance exam. This depends upon you that what you choose in your future.You have to choose your career.As there are so many streams in engineering and you can choose any one from them.If you are interested in aeronautics then you can.  Other streams in engineering: 1.Computer science engineering 2.Information technology 3.Civil Engineering 4.Mechanical Engineering 5.Aeronautical Engineering 6.Food technology 7.Biotechnology 8.Electrical Engineering 9.Electronics and communication Engineering 10.Nanotechnology and many more. |

Re: How to get into Aeronautics course? You can get in to aeronautics course after 12th class. As part of this, you should secure 12th class in science stream and need to take Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as major options in 12th class. You need to score 50% marks in 12th class to apply for aeronautical engineering course. Admission for this course will be through common entrance examination. You can appear for entrance exams like AIEEE, JEE, etc. Based on your score in entrance exam, you will be called for Counseling. |
