Re: Is SIILM Sikkim AICTE approved university? Hello,  EIILM University, Jorethang, Sikkim, is fully recognized and approved by University Grants Commission (UGC). It is the first ISO certified company.So any degree is valid under this university and you can apply for both central as well as state government jobs. It also offers various courses through distance mode under Directorate of Distance Education. EIILM University and its course is approved by the joint committee of UGC-AICTE-DEC.
