I am a Bsc.IT graduate working in a software company, Now I wish to pursue MBA in IT in distance mode, but many of my friends are telling MBA in distance mode will not be valuable if you wants to join any MNC companies. I need information on MBA IT distance education and the job oppurtunities in MNC for distance eduation. Can any one tell me if I go for Distance MBA what things I need to take care and which is the best university for doing distance MBA? |

MBA is such type of course which enables you to improve lot of your business and management skills and at the end of course it provides very high salary jobs to the students. There are lots of subjects in MBA to study with such as :- Marketing Hospitality & Tourism Retail Operations Human Resources (HR) Accounting Finance Internet Marketing etc. But for entry you have to clear one of the following entrances : XAT,MAT or CAT. Definitely you can do the course form some of following institutes . Yes ,of course a MBA correspondence degree is good for those student who are in job sector as they are already gaining a working experience from their job.And added an additional qualification is no doubt makes their chances of promotion good in future & He can definitely get promoted to a higher post also.Your salary package is also upgraded & you can get the more benefits from the Cos.So it is advisable for you that your today's investment will definitely gives you the fruitful results.So better to grab it as early as possible. |

I have done my BCA and i got job on the basis of BCA in software field as a software engineer but i want to do MBA as a distance learning.The work experience as a software engineer is calculated in MBA field after completing my MBA as a distance education.please give me details regarding this. |

Actually, MBA in regular course is more valuable than correspondence course. But the value of degree is same for both regular & correspondence & you have some work experience at the time of completion of your MBA degree, it will very helpful to getting job for you. So,kindly do MBA as a correspondence course. good luck. |

Yes, MBA correspondence is a good option if you are doing a course which is related to MBA.But if you are doing a totally different course then It will be better for you to do regular course. It will enhance your career. After MBA you can get placement in good companies with good salary, since you have experience. |

Your employers will never question why you opted for distance education programme. On the contrary, it will make positive impression because it will show your urge to learn. Since you are already working, and by the time you earn the degree, you will have good work experience too. Both, your work experience and MBA degree will add value to your resume and will make you eligible to work with some of the big companies. |

if you are working graduate then you should go for one year MBA program for working executive. The distance learning MBA would not be that much valuable. You can have a try for sponsorship from your company as well for your MBA. If your working experience is 3-4 years then you should prepare for GMAT which is the test for admission to MBA colleges in US and one of its college in India ISB hyderabad. Once you be in ISB your package would be same as it happened to be in IIM-A or even more. So, if you are thinking of doing something good I would suggest to make it great. |
