As per regulation & Hon'ble Supreme Court order for any Technical Education AICTE approval is mandatory. So please check before admission.

SRM University is approved by the University Grant Commission (UGC). For any
technical institute it is necessary that this college is approved by the UGC or AICTE.If
you want to take admission in the SRM University then don't worry this college is

SRM University is not affiliated to the AICTE..it is UGC recognized and moreover it has not such a good placement record..so its upto u if u want to go for it..

No , SRM university is not approved by AICTE,
However it is approved by UGC...
IF any college is certified by any of it.. then no problem...
You may addimission in it also.
