IBPS : INSTITUTE OF BANKING PERSONNEL SELECTION. *IBPS conducts the CWE (Common Written Examination) from the year 2011 for the Recruitment of Probationary Officers/Management Trainees posts have been approved by the 19 public sectors banks and the Managing committee of the Indian Banks association (IBA) . *These CWE conducts the Exam conducts twice in a year by institute of Banking personnel Selection. Eligibility : Nationality : A citizen of India. Age : The min. Age limit should be 20 and the Max. of 30 years can be applicable. Re: What is the age limitation of IBPS? the ibps age criteria is for clerical exam you should be a 12th pass with a minimum of 50% marks and your age should be in between 18-26 years of age. For PO exam, you should be a graduate from a recognized Indian university with a minimum of 60% marks and your age should be in between 21-28 years of age. |

The age limit for different post is different according to the level of the post. The age limit for IBPS examination is as follows for General Category: -For Clerical – 18 to 28 years -For PO/MT- 21 to 30 years There will be age relaxation for other Categories : -SC/ST- 5 years age relaxation -OBC -3 years age relaxation -PWD – 10 years age relaxation -Ex Servicemen- Based on the number of years in service in Defence. The age limitation for IBPS Clerical exam is 28 years and for IBPS P.O.(Probationary Officer) is 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate. IBPS Clerk IBPS Bank PO There are 19 Public sector banks in India that accepts the result of these entrance exams. PSU banks are also known as government banks. To apply for job in these banks, candidate has to clear the entrance exams by Institute of Banking Personnel Services. IBPS Clerk Eligibility 1. You should have graduation degree. 2. Diploma/degree in Computers or IT/Computers should be one of subjects in 12th/college. 3. There is five years relaxation for SC/ST. 7. Up to ten years relaxation for PWD. IBPS Bank PO Eligibility 1. Candidate should have bachelor degree in any stream. 2. There is no percentage criteria. 3. The age limit for Bank PO is 20 to 30 years. 4. SC/ST candidates are eligible for 5 years relaxation. 5. PWD candidates are eligible for 10 years relaxation. 6. There is 3 years relaxation for OBC candidates. |

For SC/ST age should be between 18 to 33 year. For PHW age should be between 18 to 38 year. For Ex-service age should be between 18 to 33 year. For Widow age should be between 18 to 37 year. Re: What is the age limitation of IBPS? Hi dear, IBPS conduct two types of Exam one is CLERICAL another is PO. Those candidate have completed Graduation Degree from recognized University are applicable for IBPS PO exam. The general age limit for IBPS PO exam should be 21 to 35 years old. Those candidate have completed 12th stanadard from recognized Board with above 50% or completed 10th with 60% are applicable for IBPS PO exam. For Clerical Job in Bank:- The age criteria is from 18 to 28 years with upper age relaxation for SC/ST candidate up to 5 years and for OBC category candidate up to 3 years. Apart from this the candidate must be an Indian Citizen having completed 10th standard with 60% marks or 12th standard with 50% marks or Graduation in any stream from a recognised University.
