GATE Exam Details:-

## GATE stands for e Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. This exam is jointly conducted by the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore
and seven Indian Institutes of Technology. It is conducted in eight zones across the whole country.

## To give GATE Exam you need to have a bachelor's degree in engineering or technology. The course should be a regular one whose duration is not less than four years.

## If you have done your post graduation in science or computer science or statistics or mathematics then also you are eligible to give this exam.

(OR)

## If you are in the third year or final year of a four-year integrated programmes or in the fourth or final year of a five-year integrated programme then also you can give this exam.

## Examination Pattern:-



## GATE score will be valid for two years only and this exam usually takes place in February and by March the results will come out.
