Indian Army is one of the most strict in selection of candidates when it comes to medical fitness. NDA - National Defense Academy is one of the top most entrances which one has to appear in to get through the army, navy or air force. Now after clearing the written test, the candidates are to go through the medical test or examination ONLY ON CLEARING which would they be called for the Interview. So now coming to your case, I would say that ANY Medical Disability or Un-comfort may lead to your disqualification. So I would not recommend you to give medical test until you are completely fit. For all the physical standards of NDA, Please See Below :-  Moreover the Dental Problems are usually curable.
