What should i do? actually i am planning for MBA in Finance please suggest me good institute in distance education. |

A regular MBA course differs from the distance program in many ways and scope for jobs is one of them. A regular course has a wider scope and is preferred over a distance course. This is a 2 year Post Graduate Management program being offered by many of the colleges in India. One can join this course in any of the following modes -Full Time mode -Part Time mode -Distance mode -Executive mode etc. There will be good number of job opportunities for the candidates after completion of MBA course in variety of business sectors like Banking sector Telecom sector Retail sector FMCG sector etc. One should have strong communication skills and subject knowledge in order to grab the job opportunities. So, it is not a problem for you of pursuing MBA course either in regular mode or in Correspondence. But the thing is the level of subject knowledge that you have matters a lot. My suggestion would be to opt for MBA course in regular mode itself. But if time does not permit or if you have any other economic problems, then you can opt for this course in distance learning also. You should have minimum of 50% of marks in Graduation in order to join this course. There is not upper age limit at all for the candidates to join this course. Wish you all the best. |

In regular MBA you have to attend regular classes in college but in distance MBA its not required. In my opinion you have scope after MBA through distance but it will not good as regular MBA. regular MBA gives you more knowledge that by distance MBA you can not get. But if you are not able to do regular MBA then you can also do MBA by distance but in my opinion in that case you have to do a job with MBA.It will help you in your future when you will go for a job because you have MBA degree + work experience. The most important point while selecting the distance MBA course is to make sure that the college or university from where you are doing MBA should be recognized one. Regarding the knowledge and the syllabus will not have any difference. Most of the companies may approve distance education programs. There are many institutes which conduct weekend classes for correspondence students. You will be given a chance to clear your doubts in these sessions. |
