The minimum duration of company secretary course is 3 years, apart from the 15 months training prescribed by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. The course has been divided into three stages: Foundation Program Executive Program Professional Program Being a graduate, you will be able to get exemption from the Foundation Program. Since you are in the 2nd year right now, you are not eligible to get this exemption. The 15 months management training can be done either after Executive Program or after Professional Program. After completion of all the programs and the management training, you will be considered eligible to become an associate member of ICSI. |
