Re: Can I join BITS without Maths as a subject in 12th? If you want to take admission in All other Programmes, then you are not eligible. Because to get admission in BITS, you have to scored minimum of aggregate 80% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. So, you cannot fullfill the creteria, So you are not eligible for get admission in BITS. But, you will get admission in B.pharma courses. |

But, if you want to take admission in All other Programmes, then you are not eligible. Re: Can I join BITS without Maths as a subject in 12th? hi dear, you want to take admission in any other courses from bits except b.pham you need to have +2 level maths.. in case you dont have it and still want admission then you can give seperate exam of maths from NIOS(National Institute for Open Schooling). pass this exam with gud marks so that ur PCB aggergarte is minimum 60% combined.. hence you can then apply for all the courses from BITS thanks. |

Eligibility criteria to join bits pilani is as follows:- -for getting admission to bits for the integrated first graduation course, the aspirant must clear +2. It should be done from a recognized central or state board. -they must pass the 10+2 with pcm. 80% of marks in pcm, minimum 60% marks in physics, chemistry, and mathematics subjects and sufficient aptitude in english needed for applying the test. - the admission is on the basis of merit secured in bitsat. Once the aspirant is studying at any of the bitsat campus then they are not qualified to appear for the test. Good luck.. |

Re: Can I join BITS without Maths as a subject in 12th? In BITS you are eligible for pharmacy. For pharmacy you should be +2 (PCM) with 60% marks from a recognized board. And for other courses you should be +2(PCM) with 80% marks from a recognized board. All the best regards |

Students who are appearing for 12th examination in the year of the test or who have passed a year before only are eligible to appear in the BITSAT- test. For admission to all the programmes except B.Pharm.(Hons.) and M.Sc.(Hons.) Biological Sciences: Candidates should have passed the 12th examination of 10+2 system from a recognized Central or State board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and adequate proficiency in English. The candidate should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 80% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects (if he/she has taken Mathematics in BITSAT) with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. |
