If you want to do higher studies in the US then you need to write two exams, Graduate Records Exam (GRE) and TOEFL, and then have to apply to the Universities in the US which is a comprehensive process. US is liberal in welcoming students from all over the world to its institutes. From my personal observation, the aim of foreign students coming to US for studies is to get a job with companies here. It shouldn't matter where you do your higher studies. |
