I am sorry o say that you are not eligible to join Indian Army after passing 10th. If you want to join N.D.A then you have to pass 12th with any stream like Commerce, Science, Arts. N.D.A exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year. Age limit for N.D.A is 19-24 year. For more detail log on to www.upsc.gov.in ALL THE BEST! |

Re: Can I join NDA Army after passing 10th board exam/ I am not going to discourage you, but after 10th standard you can not eligible for NDA. You have to wait for two(2) years for NDA examination. After completing 12th standard from any stream like Arts / Commerce / Science, you will eligible to join NDA after cracking the necessary examination for NDA. The minimum criteria are: You need to be a citizen of India You need to be a unmarried male candidate Your age limit is needed for the NDA examination is that 16.5 - 19 years You must have completed 10+2 from a recognized school board with a fair percentage. For joining in Indian Navy and Air Force you need to have completed 10+2 with physics and mathematics as subjects. You need to be physically fit while appearing for the NDA and sound health also. You must have a good eyesight so that you can view distant objects clearly. I am not discussing for the rest procedures, because after two years scenario may be changed. |

Iam sorry to say this after 10th pass you are not eligible for Indian army because the minimum educational qualification is 12th standard. Then after 12th standard you are eligible for Indian army through NDA exam. NDA stands for National Defence Academy. NDA exam is conducted by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) 2 times in a year. Eligibility criteria:- The candidate should be complete 12th standard from a recognised board in any discipline. Final exams appearing students may also eligible. The age limits are 16.5years to 19years. Only unmarried male candidates are eligibe. Girls are not eligible for indian army(NDA). Candidate must be a indian origin and physically fit. Percentage is not required to apply this exam. Selection process:- Written test, SSB interview, Medical test.
